Awhile ago I started a thread (which I can't find now) about dietary supplements. I hear the ads endlessly on the radio about "Balance of Nature" and thought of giving that a try, but between the cost and some negatives that I read about that product I decided to try something that appeared to be similar but less costly. Like "Balance of Nature", this product, named "Substance" is supposedly capsules of the essence of fresh vegetables and fruits. It cost about $45 a month and I used it for two months. For me, the results were..... nothing. I felt no changes at all. No increased energy or feeling of well being. But no negative effects either. Maybe its just me, or maybe those who said that these kinds of supplements are just useless that end up washing out in your urine were totally right.
