Manual for Mark II

I have a Mark II pistol manufactured in mid 1992. Somewhere along the line the paper user manual got lost and it is now my only pistol that I do not have a manual for. I've been looking on ebay and gunbroker and haven't yet come across one that is a 1992 manual. I'm wondering when Ruger made changes to the manuals they issued with new pistols in the early 1990's, i.e. will a 1991 or 1993 manual be identical to the manual that originally came with my 1992 Ruger Mark II? Thanks for your input.

Any MKII manual will work unless you want one with the 'correct' date for your gun, or you could print the 45 page manual from Ruger's website. :roll:

Yes they will.Just did it two days ago.

I'm not sure it's required, but I think all manufactures will send you a manual on request. I even got a manual (barely readable copy) from Remington for my 241.

Ruger emailed me back and said they sent me a manual for my Mark II, should have it in a few days. Hopefully it is a Mark II and not III manual.

If you requested a MkII manual, that's the one you will receive.

It was indeed a Mark II manual. I was surprised since the pistol is out of production. Two thumbs up for Ruger
