Did all the RSM magnums in 416 Rigby end up in 750- serial number range? Saw something on Gunbroker in 416 Rigby but with 780- serial number.

No...the earliest were in the 780- prefix, currently known from 780-07525 to 780-75288.

I have a few with the 780 Prefix 780-104xx -375 780-150xx -416 780-194xx -416 I also have one with the Ruger No1 prefix M134-165xx -416

The earliest production of the Magnum action and the Express models also had the front sling stud attached on the front of the forearm. Everybody decided this was not a good spot for such hard recoiling rifles so the stud was moved to the barrel.
There are also a few 750- (Magnum) and 760- (Express) rifles with the stud on the forearm, but by this time most will have the stud on the barrel.
