I'm sorry that I cannot answer your question. But I do own two rifles chambered in .300 SAUM and it's a great cartridge. If you have purchased or are thinking of purchase, PM me if you want to know where to find some ammo for it as it can be tough to find. FWIW, I now refuse to ever put a source for hard to find ammo on open forum as I have seen more than once what hoarders will then do to any source they happen upon.

Looks like 2004 only. Then the SUM calibers were dropped for the WSM calibers.

Chet, i have a 300 rem. saum and i also have a 300wsm. Can you tell me when and how long the WSM was made? by the way, they are Mod.77 MK II's.

Looks like the WSM's were made 2002 to 2006.

Yes, pretty much for a one-year period...then the WSM's took over until those were pulled due to one individual's so-called "patent" claims.
