Directv replaced Newsmax with The First. I just tried watching the Liz Wheel show and watched 10 minutes and couldn't take any more. She is totally irritating. I couldn't even tell you what she was talking about for that ten minutes. She has her hair hanging down near her right eye and every 5 seconds she reached up with her hand to push that hair back and it went right back to her eye. It was like rinse and repeat every 5 seconds. I just couldn't take it any more. It seemed like all she was doing is "bitching" the whole time.

Bill O'reilly is scheduled for the next hour. I've watched him before on Fox so I'll give him a try.

Yeah, she’s awful. I’d rather watch Ted Koppel. /sarcasm/

It’s clear I don’t watch TV “news” cause I’ve learned quite a bit on this thread.

I didn’t know Newsmax was anything more than a web site.
Never heard of Liz Wheeler.
Never heard of The First.
I thought Bill O’Reilly had passed away.
Directv put The First in it's place. I tried watching it but it stinks. They don't really have news.

Newsmax is the 4th rated news tv program on tv. That is some tv providers anyway. Direct tv did them in . A matter of free speech to a lot of Americans me included.

You can stream Newsmax on your smart TV using your internet wifi.
I can get it on my Roku TV. I don't like it though. When they go to commercial, they don't show any commercials. They just show their Newsmax logo and play some funky music. Sometimes those 3 minutes seem like 6 or 7 minutes just staring at that logo. Also sometimes during those breaks, it loses the connection and I have to connect again.

I tried it. Found it very biased. I like to hear opposing points of view, and Newsmax does not do much to offer that. That makes it just like the other so-called news providers.
Man I guess you don't watch much news then ! What may I ask you is an unbiased news station? Please tell me, I would like to try it myself if any exist.

Maybe they're all biased but I'd rather listen to republicans than democrats. Considering all the crap they've pulled, democrats aren't worth listening to. I'm not interested in listening to all their obvious lies.

Russia, Russia, Russia mean anything to you? Two impeachments mean anything to you? Democrats have only themselves to blame for my attitude.

Likewise here. I've listened to liberal biased news all my life and frankly I am tired of the same old rhetoric. Granted Newsmax is a conservative network for sure but to me it fills the void.

I do not watch any TV News at all. I read news and opinion on different websites that odder a range of slants from conservative to liberal. Mostly I read factual reporting as I generally do not need to read slanted opinions to draw my own conclusions.

I guess all the factual reporting being written is not biased either. Hmmm very interesting. I need to do more reading.
