I had set aside funds for the KRSI in .308, but it was never realized (Ruger still pisses me off about that). In anger and a moment of weakness, I found another .308 that fit the bill.

Springfield M1A Scouts Squad. 18" barrel, standard wood stock. Nothing fancy, just a beautiful rifle.

We had a new home built last year, and I was able to work in a little "safe room" for myself. Sadly, poor planning will leave me standing to do reloading in the very near future.
