Lipsey Flat top value?

Need some help from you guys with the "book".

Thinking of parting with my Lipsey Ruger Flat top in .45colt/.45acp, blue, 4 5/8's barrel.
Shot but not abused. Original grips. Box/manual.

What's a fair asking price used?

Thinking of grabbing one of the montado .45's. Have a couple of adjustable sight blackhawks already.

Around $500 in my area....pretty easy gun to find tho.

It's got both .45LC and .45 ACP cylinders with the 4 3/4" barrel. That makes it pretty desirable in my area. It would probably bring $500-$600 around here, depending on condition. If no scuffs or wear, more toward the top end. Is it blued or stainless?
