Linebaugh Conversion Gunsmith ID

Need help determining which smith did the conversion. Built on a Ruger Bisley frame with 5 1/2" barrel. Marked 475 Linebaugh on the barrel. Only other id is the 2 digit number marked on the trigger guard, grip frame and cylinder. No maker anywhere on the gun. Thanks

Everything I see there is consistent with it being one of John's early conversions.
But to be sure, a phone call would clear it up.
