Like a bad April Fools joke - update 4/8

We have 5 1/2 inches of snow on the ground now. It started about noon.
Biggest snow of the year ..... maybe for 2 or 3 years.

At 2 pm Saturday (yesterday!) it was 61 and I took the Harley for a spin. It's 27 now. :shock:

A solid 4" on cold surfaces here in north MO. About 2" on bare dirt at dark.
Grandkids were here getting their final snow sledding runs this afternoon.

SNOW?! WHAT snow?

We have been getting snow about every third day for quite a while.
The only thing is that it is just about enough to cover the grass. Streets
are wet, but little more.

I'm about twenty miles North of Denver, and the people in Denver and
for the first ten or so miles South of Denver, there is five to ten times
the amount of snow. Each time.

Yea, I guess you could all that an April fools joke. :roll: .

And our snow is all but completely gone already. Almost 40 degrees and sunny today. Calling for mid-50s and thunderstorms for tomorrow. Like riding a roller coaster of weather. :lol:

I don't mind a little snow, as long as it's melted off by afternoon, which is how ours normally is.
