32shooter, I've seen several like what you show. This one looks like a hack to me but 
Whenever a label/box is that perfect, and valuable, I question it.
There are some differences in the EBay label and the one posted below it. The ® is different as well as the quotation marks on SINGLE-SIX. The inch--"--symbol is different, too.
Our resident experts can tell you if these were common differences in the Lightweight labels.

Looks suspiciously new for being nearly 70 years old to me.
Here is one I sold to Troy. It was the last one he needed for his displays.

The label on the Ebay version looks like it was cut out with an X-acto knife by someone with a serious neurological disorder.
Someone paid $885 for it.
