anyone have leyland cypress and use acephate to prevent bagworms?

I was reading the label for acephate97 and wondering what application rate others have used.
My trees are >30ft, on 12ft spacing. I use a small PTO driven pump and try to wet one side of the windbreak row. the label implies 0.25lb/100 gallons, but in the past I used more. I think it takes about 200 gallons of spray for the 1000ft

I haven't sprayed in a couple years and this year I am getting my neighbor to do mine and let him use my tractor/sprayer to do his along with suppling the acephate.

So any others have an application rate

I've found most any insecticide works on them if you spray for them when they are in the crawler stage, late May to early June in my area. The acephate is a good systemic as I recall. I've used it, but don't remember rates. I would just follow directions.
