I recently had great service from Lee Co. On 9-12, I ordered replacement de-cap pins for their Universal de-cap die. I paid $8.00, plus, shipping USPS. Package was delivered to wrong address on 9-16. Post office said to file a claim. I called Lee and they sent me 3 for free. I got them today and put one pin in use. I wish voters could have a say in postage hikes. Poor service.

Lee has been good to me also. Last time USPS lost one of my packages the clerk said to file a claim and you will see how fast they find it. It worked.

LEE A+. Post office C at best. For a time I was getting stacks of other peoples mail in my box.6 or 7 times. Not just a address or two off on the same block (that happens) but the wrong street. They lost a $200 part by dropping it on another street. The guy who got it brought it to me. They left another $100 package on the sidewalk instead of walking 30 feet to the door. Now the community box won't lock and they won't fix it. 8 house holds have to go pick it up at the PO. What is coming over the border? More postal workers!
