Yeah! It goes bling instead of bang. :)

It might make a good gift for Valentines Day, or Christmas, anniversary or other special occasion.

Well, after having seen some of the Duracote treatments out there I have to say this strikes me as extremely restrained, tasteful and even functional. You could even put a big sapphire right there on the slide and it would still be more understated than some of the Duracote treatments, which have to remind most sane people of the late, great Stutz line of automobiles.

It's a little outer-Presleyan. But not as much as pink duracote or a Stutz Blackhawk.

The only real question is: "Does it still shoot well?" Beyond that I'm willing to leave cosmetics up to the judgment and taste of the owner for a self-defense pistol. They may find in the fullness of time that it was better left in the safe.

Why would they make something like that?

Looks kind of Pimpy..........

So what's the difference between a fancied up one of these and the atrocities all the folks seem to need for their BBQ guns? Fancied up, engraved, shiny, etc. Same thing just a different platform yet those engraved, fancy single actions are accepted. Must be the pimpy cowboi bruthas buyin them huh?
