I heard the LC9 now has an improved trigger. Anybody know if this is true?

If so, what did they do to improve it?

Interesting? I would like to know as well. But the trigger on the LC9 is better than the Kel-Tec my Buddy owns. We compared the two last weekend. But our test was very unscientific.

I have 2, one made 8/11 and one made 5/13. I can't tell
any difference but then I shot revolvers double action for
years and that's really all the LC9 trigger is. I've never had
a problem with it. That's why I have 2 of them.

Bingo...double action revolver type trigger...nothing more, nothing less.

I have an LC9 purchased about a month ago, my friend has had an LC9 for a couple years and they feel the same. Unless this is something new that Ruger just started doing or is planning on doing?

long pull but not stiff, easy to shoot well. gave my youngest son one last year for his 27th birthday and he shoots the snot out of it. accurate out to 30 yards--pop cans etc.

And can be smoothed out very easily by removing the magazine safety.

Not true.

I know they changed the trigger pull on the new LCP. It feels to me like it is half the travel before the bang as to the early ones, also you can see the sights now. I trade my old one in, I think it is a good little pocket item. My favored is the SR40c, it is just a great all around auto to me.
