Just got back from a dreary, wet and cold visit to the range. I again took along one of my new favorite toys , the LC9. This was the second time I have had it out and again it did not disappoint. I fired an additional 60 rds of WWB 115 gr FMJ, followed by one mag+1 of Ranger 124 gr. +p HP and then 48 of my reloads which today were made up of Rainier 124 gr RN over 5.5 grns of Accurate #5. A considerably softer load than the Ranger and by feel, a bit less than the WWB. There were again no problems at all with any of the rounds and no hammer or pin problems. I moved the targets out a bit and worked on (the long trigger) control with this little gun. Had good results and a lot of fun. I really like this gun and it is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

Round count to date:

WWB 115 gr. FMJ 192
WWB 147 gr. HP 38
Ranger 124 gr. HP +p 40
Reloads 38

Total 300 rds. through the gun

:D

My pleasure. I am seriously thinking about an SR9 or SR9c now to compliment the LC9. As I typed that I heard my Glocks turning over in the safe

The SR9c is a good move UP.
It is larger but compact and with 10+1 (or the full sized 17+1) mag.
I like the way it fits my hands.

The SR9c (bottom) is wearing a CT Laser.

Lateck,

The fit is what I'm looking at. My buddy at work bought an SR9 and Sr9c almost as soon as they came out. He has had zero issues and the fit is pretty close to perfect for my hand. I have not fired them yet but will when time will allow. I personally like the manual safety too.
