In case anyone is looking for a good LC9 holster:

Have been searching for a good leather belt holster for the LC9. Tried a couple brands designed for the Kahr. They didn't quite fit. The one I did find that fits the best is the American Pride http://americanprideleather.com size medium holster. They make generic one size fits most style holsters. I have a size large that I use for my GLOCKS and a PT145. While it's not a "like a glove" fit, it's the best you'll find in the "fits most" category. I decided to try some major brands instead of the American Pride at the beginning of my search only to return them . I went ahead and ordered an AP holster and it fit best of all. It's as if it's made for it. The retention is decent and there is good front sight clearance.

I am. I have been using an inside- the-pants holster designed for a G19 that was custom made by a fellow in KY. It is soft and made from the material he lines the outer ones with. Can't recall his name and lost his card. :( But he shows up at a lot of shows so I'll see him again. It fits pretty well but not perfect. I looked at the Fobus but I do not like paddle holsters and will wait for a belt slide or such. With the popularity of the LC9 the market will be full of choices soon.

High Noon makes a number of holsters for the LC9.

Lateck,

For the "Down Under" I think $185.00 is the most ourageous price I have ever seen for a leather IWB holster!

Yeah, Highnoons are GREAT, but pricy as well. These American Prides run about $30 and are no where near the quality of Highnoons, but I think are a good value. Their design seems to hit that sweet spot where it fits a lot of pistols adequately. Some probably better than others. BTW, I am not affiliated with them in any way. :)

There is a nice Mitch Rosen holster for the LC9 on the Ruger Shop company website. My only problem with it is it's not available in black yet.

Black leather dye will take care of that for you :)

I have had two of these and in both cases I noticed that they don't fit that weapon all that well. Nor do they retain it very well. The holster was designed for a Keltec pistol and with an LC9 in it, the area of the holster around the trigger guard gaps open big time. I could with both holsters run my hand up and just pull the pistol out of the holster with not much force at all.

If it is not designed for the gun you carry, don't buy it.

You guys should try

They pretty much make clipless IWB holsters. I bought one for my P95 and its amazing!
