Speaking of the right gal, Mrs. Kermit has fallen in love with my SR22. I've talked to a local paint shop (they've done guns before) about doing up an SR22 for her in hot pink ala the Sig Mosquito. If she likes the purple, I could skip that step. It would make it much easier on me.

I have a SR 22. It is my concealed carry (with CCI 22lr Stingers, of course.) Purple is my favorite color. I'd buy it.
Talked to my guy at the local Scheels' and he said that he can order one but Ruger is so far backed up right now that it might be a year or more before it comes in. I'll keep checking around to see if I can get lucky but if I want one in time for her birthday I might have to get a Black SR-22 and take it down to the paint shop.
