well, met our friend Don from Bowling green yesterday for lunch and swapped out my old S&W mdl 19 in the box with him, for this 'high polish' Vaquero 45 lc...................

don't remember them being so "shiny" , nice trade we feel........

thanks guys, yes, Don and I often 'swap' this for that , works for us, and besides we can get together for lunch at 'Max & Ermas' ( get our Sr discounts and all) .....this gun just is so shiny darn near looks like 'nickel'............

yep, there is a claven of Ruger collectors over that neck of the woods, as well as LOTS of our "old Rugers"....we enjoy the visit at Milan ( Sandusky) its about half way from here to there....we try and get othrs to stop also ,but everyone is always too busy or we make it "spur of the moment".....
