How do you guys use lighting? I noticed the last picture of the grips looked better then the first?

Preacher-- you did real good :!: I do not know how to post photos hope to learn soon. My daughter does what few I've posted they are to dark most of the time -focus & light seem to be key--NICE GRIPS. Ahh :!: a second photo the distance seems to be better on your second photo 8) the first is a little to close JMHO.

Not ready to put them on the market yet. I have a few sets of grips and a couple of Ruger SA's I'm considering letting loose but I need to get some good pics first As well as figure out the shipping process on the Rugers. I'll be posting in the proper forum when I'm ready to go. And yes they are pretty nice grips.

I use a slightly "lighter" background, i.e. grey cloth or kinda light colored wood. I mount my camera on a tripod. I block any light that produces glare on the subject at hand. I'll use a piece of white foam board or styrofoam to reflect light onto the dark areas of the subject. Use the camera's self timer so you are NOT touching the camera when the shutter trips.

I've recently started mounting my digital camera on a little tripod and take several photographs, with and without flash, using time delay exposure. Try to find the best and post it.
