These past several months have left us here at the Ruger Forum fractured. It’s time to fix this. It’s in this spirit and with the passing of Jerry Stiller (Seinfeld’s Frank Constanza) that I declare today Festivus. I’ll begin by erecting the ceremonial Aluminum Pole. I made a big pot of Festivus Chili, beans to be added later this afternoon. If you don’t like beans in Chili, see you at the Airing of Grievances.

He stole just about every scene he was in, both in Seinfeld and King of Queens. He was a great actor. RIP

Hi,

I first became aware of Jerry Stiller when he was working with his wife, the late Anne Meara as the comedy team Stiller and Meara. I thought they were hilarious from the first moments watching them. When Anne passed, I wondered how Jerry would go on, and he seemed to do a great job. Thank you for all the laughs, and may the two of you being back together produce much more of the same laughter! RIP, old friend.

Stiller and Meara were one of the best comedy teams out there. Their skits were hilarious. Jerry Stiller moved right along with the times and always added to the scenes he was in. He will be missed.

The Seinfeld episodes with him and Kramer were always hilarious. The episodes about Seinfeld's parents moving to the Florida retirement community, they did not want the Costanza's there, and eventually Kramer ends up trying to run the retirement community was really funny. And the infamous "Manbra" invention or all the arguments he and Mrs Costanza had with George. You could tell he adlibbed his own lines a lot and was really funny every time he did it.
