Top one takes 45 Colt ready mades. Bottom one you take the cylinder out and load it with a press, which is the way I load mine.

My Bad in the above post. Both of those Old Armys
have conversion cylinders on them. The bottom one is the same as mine and I don't remember what the top one is.
