Is Ruger's production running at full speed?

If they are making revolvers where are they going? Big dealers like Bud's still have slim pickin's as well as most other sources!

Remember also, not every model is in constant production. If they still use Lean manufacturing, they produce what is being ordered when it's ordered. So if you're tiny shop that orders a few firearms a yr from a small distributor wants a less popular model, they're waiting while the Davidson's and Lipsey's get their warehouse stocked for their bigger customers. This easily trickles down to shops and offering these less available models to their better customers as opposed to those that shop hop to save a buck or only buy online using the shop for a transfer station.

I've seen quite few Rugers in the firearms counter at our local AFB. Ditto S&W and others. So they are being shipped out.
