I was unaware that Green Mountain has discontinued the 77/22 barrels until I visited their website. I am looking for any one who has experience with putting a 10/22 bbl on a 77/22---I know that the shank will have to be lengthened and a extractor grove cut - this does not concern me as I was planning or having a "Match" chamber cut any way. BIG QUESTION will the V-BLOCK be in alignment with the factory 77/22 block ?

Picture's or measurements would be helpful

Thanx,
Jim

If you don't mind the muzzle threaded (for silencer), High Desert Dog list a couple barrels.

I got the blued barrel from HDD and the chamber is definately tighter than the factory. I never reasearched to see what chamber designed GM used

Kind of a left turn on this but if it's a barrel you're after, I think Whistle Pig still has some 77/22 barrels remaining.

I just went and looked. Yes, they seem to be closing out a few different styles, but nothing that interested me.

Does anyone make a good replacement barrel for the 77/22V? I want it just like the factory barrel, 24" long and in a heavy varmint configuration. But unlike the factory barrel, I want it match-chambered and ACCURATE.
