IP man movie

The last few years I've been acquiring martial arts flicks and I just finished "IP Man" #1 and wow, it's now one of my faves. If you like martial arts and haven't seen IP man it's worth it. Even Rotten Tomatoes who's reviews I dislike rated it high.

IP Man series is a great watch. The WWII Japanese occupation is scary to think about the grip they had on Chinese citizens

I thought I'd try and find it since I haven't seen a good martial arts movie in a while. I found it on freevee and some other online places. Only it was in Chinese and not dubbed into English. I didn’t check all the versions but that I couldn’t handle even with captions

I bought the 4 DVD set on Ebay for $15, I'm not sorry I did. It's full bandwidth color / resolution unlike the chopped down data reduced edited for commercial junk on cable or streaming.

The DVD's have English with subtitles and all of the back story on the movie.
