Info on an overrun model 10/22?

Anyone have any info on an overrun model of 10/22 that was supposedly made for European markets? It is a stainless sporter , 18" I believe , birch stock , and a threaded barrel.

Model 01124. 248 prefix. K10/22RB-SPL

I bought it years ago and at the time it was the only threaded 10/22 out there that was factory. I have never shot it and am wondering if it has its own little niche in the 10/22 world of collecting. Any opinions on value would be appreciated because I am thinking of letting this one go. The one thing keeping me from selling so far is the metal trigger group and the reciever finish looks better to me vs. the new ones.

This sounds like the same model I purchased at Fin, Feather, & Fur a couple years ago. If I remember correctly, the threads are metric. At the time I purchased mine, they had just a handful of the same 1022 for sale. I believe they were sitting in Rugers warehouse and got shipped out to clean up the warehouse. As far as value, I do not think they would command much more than another stainless carbine of the same vintage. Two reasons would be the threads would have to be adapted to use a standard silencer or muzzle brake and they have come out with other models that are threaded. It is a unique version though. They are a nice gun, but there really aren't that many die-hard 10/22 collectors out there. I know the English market allows sound suppressors so the blokes don't create too much noise while shooting their far and few between guns. Don't know if this model went to England or not though.

If I remember correctly I got mine from fin fur and feather too. Id need to dig out the receipt to see what year i got it.
