starting to ask for bids on trading houses for two weeks over Christmas and New Years with those from the no snow/no cold states for those who wish to experience the joys of a White Christmas. We have a newer 2 bed 2 bath home (basement unfinished) in a decent neighborhood (no crime). We have had 14" of snow so far(last year we only had 16" the whole winter), and it is snowing again today, plus more scheduled for Saturday. The city is about 220,000 so all your favorite stores, etc. are likely here. :)
