I found a Single-Six .22 Bisley...

Buried in my handgun safe, that I had totally forgotten about!
I bought it (actually got 3 of them) from a guy in Arizona that used to post here who went by Acrylictnk, back around 8-9 years ago. Ruger done a run of these as "clean-up" guns as I recall, and they were priced well under $500 for either blued or stainless.
I wasn't a member here at the time, but contacted him through the singleactions forum, and he gave me the same deal that was available here...He's still selling on Gunbroker, and I've bought a few guns from him on there since.
Anyone else get one, or more of these?

That looks like an older one with the billboard on the side. These were made in 2016-17, and have it on the bottom.

I bought a stainless one from him on here. Love it. Put a Vortex red dot on it and hunt squirrels with it. Very accurate

Mike typically had his finger on the pulse of "Distributor Exclusives" from TALO and Lipsey's, and offered them up here. He did a great service to those who like to accumulate the newer models!

Based on my dealings with him, and meeting him, Mike's a standup guy!

I just spoke with him on the phone on Tuesday. And just purchased a LNIB 1985 vintage Single-Six SSM from him...

Mike was kind enough to procure a set of Stainless Bisley's (22 LR) with consecutive serial numbers for Christmas presents for myself and my grandson a few years back. I bought several other "Distributor Exclusives" from him also and he was always a pleasure to deal with.

In answer to "anyone else own a Bisley", definitely so. I've acquired most of all the models Ruger made.

I too bought a stainless Bisley 22 from MIke. A great guy to deal with. Only wish it was a convertible.

You know it's funny. I have just never been attracted to the Bisley revolvers, just appearance wise. However, I've never even handled one, so I might be surprised.
