How are you preparing leftover toddy?

WE still have some sliced turkey, corn bake stuffing and lots of Keto Pecan pie.

I guess its sandwiches for lunch. Maybee turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. mmmmm/

We take left over roasted turkey and throw it in a bag of "Shake N Bake" and toss it in the broiler. Kinda like chicken tenders/ nuggets.

I had a wad of turkey bits, a lump of dressing, and a glob of noodles. Accompanied by a couple white rolls.

Chopped up turkey into little bits, sautéed an onion & carrot mixed it with seasonings and layered it in a pan, spread sauerkraut and gravey on top along with a few peas then spread a layer of mashed potatoes for a turkey shepherds pie. Baked it for about 45 minutes at 400 then sprinkled a little cheese on top. I spread the potatoes a little thicker than I wanted but still came out okay.

Leftover turkey. (Preferably dark meat). 2 slices of bread, mayo on each, turkey in between.
