I have a Hornet drop-in assembly in my paper-punching 10/22. My son has a Volquartsen. Can't tell any difference in crispness, creep, overtravel and take-up. The Hornet has close to ten thousand rounds through it (back in the good ol' days when you would burn up a brick or two in one outing and think nothing of it) and still works just fine.
