What factory 10/22 is the scarcest, most sought after, or most valuable. Ed

The one known is serial number 102222. Pretty neat number there too! Coincidence?
No...Ruger just used a barrel that had no rifling in it. There are other Ruger's out there also that are known without rifling.

Holy Grail 10/22? I think the two or three Factory Engraved (by Alvin White) rank right up there as well as the four 22" and 24" Carbines (two each) made in 1976 for the Aussie market.
The one known factory "second" Canadian Centennials also ranks up there.
As does the prototype Canadian Centennial 10/22 #81964...something that Bill Workman himself discounted as collectible!!! ....just read his comment or short sentence on that one in his 10/22 book.
But there are a lot of really rare 10/22's out there. I also like the B121 and B131 guns...and the two made BB131- prefix guns, and the 88xxxx range guns
