Looks like an El Paso Saddlery but I can't tell for sure. Both are members here, I'm sure they'd tell you if you email them.
 
Agreed, that does look like an old el paso rig, and I like it too, but as hittman said, perhaps Mr. Quinn can enlighten us.
 
barranti leather co. is shown as the maker in the pictures in the gun blast article. It's a tom threepersons style holster

Looks like the El Paso Duke rig. It's not a Threepersons style, not even close. The article is one of Gunblasts first, before Mike Barranti really came onto the scene. Or at least a while before I had heard of him. I see no mention of him in the article.
