I just saw a story on TV,, (Miss Penny had it on,, and I could hear it,, so I got up to watch a story.)
Not sure where or all, as I missed part of it,, but apparently,, a young boy of 6,, was seen standing under a tree,, along a sidewalk,, looking up at the American Flag flying from the side of the tree. Apparently,, this young boy did this a lot. A neighbor saw this boy,, and built him a bench to allow him to sit & enjoy the flag. He even put the boy's name on the bench.
The boy has Autism,,, and just loves to look at the Flag.
The neighbor, just decided to do a little act of kindness.
And as the commentator said; Seeing this was a Norman Rockwell moment. So true. It was very heartwarming!
And I was actually typing a post about the graduation of the Marine when this came on.
