Wishing Ruffbird and all our other friends above the 49th a happy day! While we're wondering what kinds of fireworks and other shows will still happen down here in a couple of days on the 4th--there have been lots of cancellations--were you guys able to celebrate in a fairly normal fashion despite the Covids wandering about?

Lots of fine folks up there. Sad that they're being held hostage at the whims of a left-wing boy-tyrant.
Never give up the fight to preserve the "real" Canada that I knew back in the 1970's. God Bless.

Our son who lives in Calgary said the Calgary Stampede and associated festivities had been cancelled this year. Not a lot of joy there for sure.

I talk with hockey friends who live in Guelph and Sarnia. Things seem about the same there
as here. They're not out of beer yet so doing ok.
No ice time there either, they were pretty jealous that I could
still skate here.

Thankyou my good friends for the best wishes & let me & my fellow Canadians wish you the same for your special Independence day! We are staying home alot the last 3 months to stay safe, & it puts the breaks on life, but nobody wants this virus...
Watch lots of Youtube, play on the forums, snooze in the afternoon & pet my kitties...It is all as good as we make it.
Rick,...we are still under some restrictions like no big gatherings beyond 10 people, no indoor restaurants, or dentists, stuff like that....Ranges are open with restrictions on numbers... I am in ontario which was the second highest in covid cases, therefore our opening is still on phase two of three!

Keep safe everyone, this will pass! Wish you all health & a good summer...
