Maritza was taken from my close friend, Dave, and their 20 month old daughter, Nicole, by a fifth time drunk driver. Today she would have been 57. Maritza's gone but she's definitely not forgotten...

Sorry to hear about your friend. If it helps at all, Maritza is also the name of a beautiful river in Bulgaria. It flows through my wife's home town of Plovdiv.

In Turkey, they're executed. No repeats. At a minimum, their vehicles should be confiscated and sold to pay victims.
