Hello I have a Winchester break open single shot shotgun. It must be for trap because the barrel is 30+ inches. 12 guage.
Anyway I can't take it apart like a normal break open shotgun, you know remove the forearm and barrel unhooks. One of the pins down inside has slipped out and catches on a part of the frame.
It locks up tight so shooting it isn't a safety issue. I can't imagine it is an expensive fix or lengthly fix either.
Can someone reccomend a competent gunsmith in the North Dallas area? I hate to trust my judgement to the yellow pages. Nor do I want to mar the frame by using a screwdriver at home.
