Yet my....Clockwise...
22/45,P95,Super Redhawk,SP101,GP100,and P91.
Some are factory, some have "extras"

Seems to cover everything from mice to monsters.
Took decades to find what worked for me....
These are those NEVER SELL types.

You must be very young if you consider that stuff "Old School".
+1. Almost everything in that picture is much, much newer than almost everything in my modest stash (most of which is from WWII to the '70s or '80s).

With the exception of the Super Redhawk, I'd much rather have any other gun in your collection than any of the newer cheapo polymer made crap they're putting out and calling it a firearm.

Neat collection GhosT. It is nice to find what works for you, both old and new.

Is that a belt buckle in the middle there? Looks like something special.

Thanks for the pics. 8)

Thanks guys,

Called it "OLD SCHOOL" cause the P95(first generation) is prolly the newest model in the bunch.

Don't think I don't respect RUGER single action revolvers.
I started off in 1981 /age 21 with BLACKHAWK .357---6.5" barrel.
I both learned how to shoot a handgun and hand load with that gun.
SOOOO WISH I STILL HAD THAT GUN!

Also owned both a SUPER BLACKHAWK .44...
And a stainless SUPER SINGLE SIX.....22long rifle and the magnum cylinder!
BOTH KICKED ASS.

Ya said...
"With the exception of the Super Redhawk,"
Curious why?....ASKING WITH TOTAL RESPECT
Bad experience with one, or ,don't like the design?

Ohh, NO WAY trying to change yer mind!....Just curious?

Here is why I like mine.
I bought it in 1997, strapped a 4x scope on it, (now it wears a 2x-6x variable scope)...

First day at the range.....
Fired some fairly generic American jacketed ammo through it.at 50 yards.

Worst groups were pretty tight, but the funny thing was, after I adjusted the scope
to point of aim....
I fired three rounds,.....see below pic.
APOLOGIZE for pic quality....

Looking at the paper target, I thought one good shot, other two missed the paper...(thought loose scope mounting).
Then examined the card board backing.

Ya can see 3 distinct shots, yet on the paper looks like one over sized single hole.
Of course I never duplicated that tight group, but it did follow up with constant tight groups.

Over 3 decades of online convos with Ruger fans,
most that bought the SRH liked them....again, just curious, why yer not a fan?

I like the Redhawk but not the SUPER Redhawk. Its heavier and I think its ugly with that extended frame. Having said that, if it trips yer trigger... thats all that counts. Otherwise, like the other guns in your collection. 8)
