Grip and Eagle Changes Over The Years?

As with many Rugers over the years the grips have been changed to accomodate different styles and hand fit. I've been confused some times on what style grip and eagle design went with what year and model? Is there a easy way to determine what went where or a list that one can obtain? Your help is appreciated.

Here is some more info. I am hoping someone with some camera skills can help me get some good pictures one day. I have all nine Blackhawk medallions now (on the correct Blackhawks.) There are a few other medallions on different (non Blackhawk) models.
