Great Customer Service for Front Sight Issue on LC9

After about 1000 rounds on my LC9 the front sight loosened up. I called Ruger customer service and they immediately offered to ship me a new slide along with a postage-paid return envelope to return the defective slide. I'm impressed!

The more I read about how great Ruger customer service is, the more I am glad that I purchased my SR9c That and I do love shooting it!

Yes, this is how they handle it now....they used to make you send the whole gun back. I think they got so many back that this was just easier for them.
