Grandson gets his first.

Not actually his first gun but his first bought with his own hard earned money. Today he purchased an sr22 Ruger. Will have to wait 72 hrs to pick it up. He bought it with money earned a couple of weeks ago at the 4H fair. He's pretty proud of himself right now.

Took the grandson out this afternoon with his new SR22. He loved it. Still a little unsteady with it but as the evening went along he got better. Ran about 500 rounds through it and only had 2 hiccups. Those 2 were with Remington ammo. Ran perfect with about 400 rounds of Federal. May have to get one for myself. The wife even seemed to like shooting it.
