Has anyone besides myself and some other enthusiasts (not on this forum) gotten an auto-text from "Glass Door Hiring"? I acted before I thought and deleted it, but some of my friends did not. I am given to believe it ( or at least using that name- don't know if there is a door place using too) was a reach out and recruit text from some of my less favorite people. Those that I know got it were all in a specific gun related group. I thought it was weird when I got it in that while I know those folks, I am not a part of that group. However, I am on gun forums. Anyone else here get it yet?

I get those types of emails several times a week. Most have been legit. In the beginning I politely responded that I had retired. Some reached out again trying to convince me I could work my own hours, get excellent pay and benefits, etc. Somewhere along the way I just gave up responding and just delete them without reading.

Me too, on all counts. It's just that I was told differently about this particular one. Again, like you I deleted it so I can't check on my own.

About a two second google search revealed they are just another online headhunter. But in my area the jobs were all pretty low on the totem pole (actually it should be high as on a totem pole the most powerful totem is on the bottom, with the rest standing on its shoulders).

iirc i tried to use glassdoor but dont remember it got me anything, and they continued to drop in for a while, havent seen one in a bit.

Yup, low rung on ladder is not low man on totem pole, but legends have a way of morphing.
