FYI - Ruger 77V twist rates

I fired off an email to Ruger support, asking what the twist rates were on their older 77V rifles, if anyone is interested, here they are:

Can you tell me the twist rates for the following 77V rifles
220 Swift
22-250 Rem
243 Win
6MM Rem
25-06
280 Rem
308 Win

Response:
The rates of twist for your Ruger M77's are as follows:
220 Swift 1 in 14
22-250 Rem 1 in 14
243 Win 1 in 9
6mm Rem 1 in 9
25-06 Rem 1 in 10
280 Rem 1 in 9.5
308 Win 1 in 10

I think those twist rates pretty much carried through to the whole line of 77's and MkII's also didn't they? Every one I ever had in the regular rifles in those calibers had the same listed twist rates.

I would assume so, that has been my experience... having said that, just as sure as I turn around , there will be an exception
