Nice clean Bearcat 22 mfg 1970. has one small scuff on brass, bottom side above trigger guard . and a slight thinning of blue on edge of barrel. think this gun was mostly just stored.looks to be fired very little. crisp and clean all original. i would call it $97%. no box or papers. ship to FFL via priority flat rate box.
