How many nickel cases are mixed in?

There are very few nickel cases. I just took a package out to tumble clean and there were maybe 2 or 3 nickel cases that I could see. Plus I've counted them out and added an extra 10-15 cases per 1000.

Have to ask......if it's range brass, how do you know that it's once fired?

Believe it or not this brass comes from an indoor shooting range that was in the local community college. It has long since been closed but they used to even teach shooting classes there as a college course. They would shoot a lot of 22LR and 38 special. The brass was saved by the range master who sold it to my friend.

That friend is now cleaning out his garage and asked me to sell these for him.

So, to answer your question, I cannot be certain it's once fired but I have no reason to believe his story is not true.
