An 80 year old man goes to the Doctor for a complete physical. Afterwards, the doc and the old guy sit down for a talk.

Old guy: Will I live to be 100?

Doc: Do you drink alcoholic beverages?

Old guy: No

Doc: Do you eat a lot of red meat and bacon?

Old guy: No

Doc: Do you chase women?

Old guy: No

Doc: So why do you want to live to be 100?

We include a fried egg on our BLT’s

A nice over easy egg makes a lot of things better. Warm egg yolk is better than any sauce a chef could make.

Sometimes I scoop the liquid yolk off with a spoon, and spread it evenly on the bread. Then assemble the sandwich. This avoids the messy egg yolk explosion on the first bite.

Bacon....the 1st major food group...chocolate cover bacon covers the 1st and 2nd major food groups...Nothing like a good BLT though
