I've had painful bursitis in both shoulders for around four years now. It was getting so painful that I was having trouble sleeping at nights. My doctor recommended cortisone injections in my shoulders. The injections worked very well in the shoulders. But each time, the pain started coming back at around ten months and by eleven months I needed to go back for more cortisone.
I had the injections done three times and the last time my doctor said he could not repeat the injections again because of side affects or something like that.
Well, anyway, to the point. I read a post on here about one gentleman using something that was giving him relief. What he used was "Wellesse Joint Movement Glucosamine". It comes in a liquid form so it is better absorbed. You just take one ounce of it each day. I'm writing this because I tried the stuff and it works. It's been twelve and a half months since my last cortisone injections and I'm still pain free. As I said, before, the pain was coming back at about 10 months.
It took almost three months for the stuff to really start working but as I said, I'm pain free now with no more injections needed. If any of you are bothered with bursitis, you may want to give it a try. I buy three quart bottles at a time from Amazon. Here's a link. I hope this helps some of you.
