Ive been wanting to get the wife a 10/22.
Finally got one on sale today. Definitely wanted the Stainless barrel.
Ive always owned marlins so this is the first 10/22 ever.
Just broke it out of the box and loving it already.
Cant wait to get the wife to the range with a thousand rounds or so

Took it out alone today for an hour or so.
It definitely seems to eat any cheap ammo put in it without a single hiccup.
I did notice the magazine needs a pretty good cleaning after a few hundred rounds, but it fed and ejected perfectly from shot one. Smooth as silk.

I may end up buying a second one for myself before summers end

Great little rifle...I think we have 6 or 7 shooters in the house now, pluse some collectable variants new and in the box. Be careful....accumulation can be contagious....
