Finally got the kids together

Very nice set you have there. Which one is your favorite to shoot?

Thanks.

The Ruger. :P

Actually the two longest ones are the newest additions. The 8" only a couple weeks now. I honestly like them all.

The 5.5 spent a lot of time on the silhouette range until I finally got the 6-7/8". The 4" was just too cool and I had to have it. It's really fun to shoot too.

The 10 and 8 have been desires for a long time. I just don't shoot as much as I once did, so I can't weigh in on them as I haven't put thousands through them yet.

I asked because I love my 4in, over my others, but I don't have an 8 or a 10.

Nice Kids you got there. I'm done buying Big Bore Guns for awhile, now I'm collecting MkII/IIIs. I have two, but I'm looking at adding two or three more and maybe another 10/22........................

That "black sheep" stainless looks way out of place. If you should happen to agree and want to pass it along to a loving shiny family it really belongs with, please let me know. Short, fat, and stainless is on my current want list.

I really like the looks of the top two long barreled ones. Longer barreled pistols may not carry as the ones with shorter tubes but when you touch something at longer range, they are sweet.

In some situations longer is better. :)

I considered the Gov't my 6-7/8, the SS as my 5-1/2". I don't/didn't know about the 5-1/4"

I had a tapered Mk-I 6-7/8 I wish I hadn't sold. A gunsmith special from J&G. It had two rings in the bbl, one barely bugled the outside. It shot REALLY well, but it went to fund the SS 5.5".
