Fair Price on this 10/22?

Is this a fair price on this 10/22 Target Model considering todays market:

They are cheapo 25 mags, not BX-25s.

Offer him $400 without the two 25 rnd mags

Well once you bid fair or not doesn't matter. But price a little on the high side but not much.

Just hold out till all this blows over and you will find the 10/22 for 200 bones as before.....
Too many nut jobs and scammers out there creating more price gouging that what needs be.

Well it sold for $484... not really sure how that stacks up to before the big scare... but those are Butler Creek Steel lip mags (not the plastic lips) and they are worth at least $25 each.... it is a target model and so I'm trying to figure out on a target rifle why you need 25 round mags... but I'm almost sounding like one of those antis.

I've got a question on the Ruger Target models... has the trigger been tuned better than the standard model?

My target model has the same trigger as my standard model, barrel and stock is the only difference......
