Ok guys the deal was i found a article on the developement of the 45/70.
The pressure was 28,000cup. I wasnt thinking and thought wow i found in print that 28,000 was used as max in toggle link. The article had 73 in it ,forgot where but it was there . But the 28,000 was the liad developement not testing it inthe 73 win.Duh
