Estate sale

The guns were gone, but ruger parts and paperwork , and a mint box and sleeve were left for me to find. This was an unusual sale because nothing had been organized and the doors of the home were opened for you to search for your finds. I went to a large closet in a spare bedroom and scattered throughout new XR3 rubber grips, four mint pistol/revolver manuals from 1959, 10/22 clips, an early sp101 box with paper work, and walnut grips for 22 pistol. All plus a box of targets and cleaning supplies for $20.00!!

you were 'lucky' MOST of the time, the "family and friends " clean house and pitch most everything,easier for them to do......besides, what is "hidden" ( stashed) in the rafters and under the floor boards :shock:

hire me and I will 'find' just where the "stuff" is,it is amazing what we have come up with over the years "helping" folks out...I willl PROOVE that the house is NOT "clean", after the family and friends get "done".........older folks from the early 1900s had a completely different "sense" of 'trust' and placing things out of kids reach and out of banks...(gee I wonder why) :roll:

now days, when people "leave" a house, they will "strip it" ,including the "fixtures........ 8)
( and there are LESS 'hiding ' places, nooks and crannies....) :wink:

wow..good score. Estate sales are better than yard sales 'cause you can go into the closets, dig through drawers and leaf thru files.
